If you purchased through our iOS app, your payment is processed by Apple and all refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms. We cannot directly refund App Store purchases. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. The policy below applies to purchases made through our website and Google Play.
Rekha Drishti provides digital astrology reports and personal consultations that are prepared manually by our expert astrologers and delivered within the app. Because each order is a personalised digital service, please review the details of a package carefully before purchasing.
For purchases made through our website or Google Play, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if your report or consultation has not yet been prepared or delivered. Once a personalised report has been generated or a consultation has been provided, the service is considered fulfilled and is generally not eligible for a refund. If you believe there was an error with your order, please contact us and we will review your request.
Submit a request from the ‘Support’ section of the app, or email us at support@rekhadrishti.com with your registered details. Our team reviews each request and responds as quickly as possible.
Approved refunds for website or Google Play purchases are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. If a refund is delayed, please contact us at support@rekhadrishti.com.
You may cancel an order before your report or consultation has been prepared. Once preparation has begun or the digital service has been delivered, the order can no longer be cancelled. We also reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment errors, or pricing inaccuracies, in which case any amount charged is refunded.
